Birch stump jar

A lidded jar built like a cut birch stump — cream clay flecked and streaked dark the way birch bark is, a rim of bare brown at the lid, and two small sprouts pushing up through the top. It has a face, short arms, and stands on little feet.

The lid lifts off, so it holds whatever a jar holds.
