Peanuts

A peanut ornament in daylight, its shell texture and painted face clearly visible

Peanuts, shell texture and all, each with a face and a loop to hang it by. They are shaped one at a time, so no two have quite the same expression — some are wide awake, some have clearly had enough of the party.

They look best deep in the branches where the lights catch them.
